Yes. After a payment is verified, Gecko creates the paid order in Shopify so your existing fulfilment workflow can continue. Products, quantities and supported upsells are included in the Shopify order using Gecko’s existing order-sync flow.

Gecko connects to your Shopify storefront and routes customers from the store’s checkout flow into your published Gecko checkout. Your Shopify storefront remains your storefront, while Gecko handles the custom checkout experience.

Yes. Gecko supports subscription offers through its Whop-powered recurring payment flow. You can track subscribers, renewal prices, upcoming charges, payment status and refill history from Gecko’s Subscriptions area.

Payments and disputes are handled by the connected payment provider, such as Whop and its underlying payment infrastructure. Gecko does not decide chargeback outcomes or hold your card funds. You should manage any dispute through the payment provider using the evidence and process they request.

Gecko does not control payout timing. Payments are processed through your connected Whop account, and payout availability and timing depend on Whop, its payment providers, your account and their applicable terms.

Yes. To take live payments through Gecko’s Whop payment integration, you connect your own Whop business/account. Gecko handles the checkout and commerce workflow around it while the payment itself is processed through your connected payment setup.

Yes. Gecko is designed to work alongside your existing Shopify storefront rather than replacing it. You can keep your Shopify theme and fulfilment workflow. Individual Shopify apps may behave differently depending on how they interact with checkout, so checkout-specific apps should be tested before going live.
